WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had one new listings of single family homes in Atherton last week the same as the week before. 4 listings that changed status to pending last week as oppose to 2 the week before  and 2 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 5 the week before.

The inventory is very low and we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million.  The market remains a seller market.
