We had 7 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 9the week before in Menlo Park. 9 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 18 the week before and  closed escrow as oppose to 4  the week before.

The inventory remains low. Most of the new listings are selling within one week.  All listings sold below the asking price but 2 listings.
