WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 17 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto this week  as oppose to 4 listings the week before. Only 3 houses changed status to pending last week as oppose to 17 the week before and 8 listings  closed escrow as oppose to 7 the week before.


The inventory is slightly better but we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price but 2 confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
