We had no new active  listings of single family homes this week in Atherton. there was only one pending last week as oppose to 0 the week before and 3 listings were cancelled.

The real estate market historically slows down in  December because of the Holiday Season.

Our inventory is at historic low for this time of the year, this is a signal that the coming year is going to be another strong seller market.
