We had 20 new listings of single family homes in Menlo Park last week as oppose to 17 listings the week before.The selling activity remains  strong with 21 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 17 the week before and 11 listings closed escrow last week as oppose to 10 listings the week before. The market still a seller market, 8 of the 11 listings that closed escrow this past week sold at or above the asking price.
