We had 17 new listings of single family homes in Menlo Park last week as oppose to 20 listings the week before.The selling activity was  strong with 17 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 14 the week before and 10 listings closed escrow last week as oppose to 4 listings the week before. The market still a seller market.
