WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

11 new listings of single family homes were listed last week in Palo Alto as oppose to 13 listings the week before. The total active listings of single family homes on the MLS  is now 57 as oppose to 63 the week before. 



The market remains a seller market. 16 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 11 last week and 8 closed escrow this week as oppose to 19 listings the previous week.


Five listings had price reduction before they sold.

Please note that all  listings sold significantly above asking price but two listings, it is worth noting that the number of multiple offers are going down.
