The listing inventory is improving In Menlo Park, as of today we have a total of 43 listings of single family homes as oppose to 40 listings the week before, the market continues to be a seller market. 


Nine new  active listings of single family homes were listed this week as oppose to 8 the week before and  16 listings closed escrow as oppose to 7 listings the previous week and 7 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 14 the week before.
