The listing inventory continues to be low low In Menlo Park; the market continues to be a seller market. The market sale's activity was strong for the third week in a row with 19 listings changed status to pending.


We have 34 active listings of single family homes as of today  as oppose to 42  active SFR listings  last week. 19 listings changed status to pending the same as the week before and  10 listings closed escrow as oppose to 11 listings the previous week.


We are still seeing  private sales activity.  All listings sold at or above asking but three listings.
