Nine new listings of single family homes were listed on the MLS last week In Atherton  as oppose to five the week before. Only one listings  changed status to pending as oppose to three the week before and one listing closed escrow last week as oppose to none the week before.


We have 33 active listings in Atherton as of today on the market, as oppose to 25 the week before. The listing inventory  still  low. The market remains a seller market. and we are still seeing a strong market activity off MLS.
