The median price increased in Palo Alto from $1,428,000 in 2011 to $1,610,000 this year, one of the highest increase in the history.
Menlo Park median priceis lagging because we do not have yet enough data to have reliable median sale price.. Although multiple offers are frequent in Menlo Park, the listing inventory has been extremely low and i see a lot of private sales in that town.
The median sale price in Atherton also has increased substantially this year to $3,600,000 from $3,288,000 last year.
