WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO


We had 9 single family homes coming on the market last week , the same as the previous week, 14 listing changed status to pending as oppose to 8 the week before and 7 listings closed escrow as oppose to 3 the previous week.

Our inventory remains very low, only 27 listings are active as of today 2/20/2012; demands are higher than supply and most of the listing is selling with multiple offers situation.

If you are thinking about selling your home it is a great time to list your home on the market.If you are a buyer, you need to be pre-approved and preferably work with a good local agent that will help you navigate this competitive market.
