WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE LISTINGS, PENDING LISTINGS AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 10 single family homes coming on the market last week , as oppose to 10 listings the previous week, 13 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 14 the week before and 7 listings closed escrow the same as the previous week.

Our inventory remains very low, only 27 listings are active as of today 2/28/2012; demands are higher than supply and most of the listing is selling with multiple offers situation.
