We had 7 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 10 the week before. 4 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 6 the week before and 6 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 0 the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
