WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 4 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week. as oppose to 7 the week before there was 5listings that changed status to pending as oppose to none the week before and 8 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 10 the week before.

The inventory is very low and we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  at  above the asking price but 2 confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
