WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 7 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week. there was no listings that changed status to pending and 10 listings  closed escrow last week.

The inventory is very low and we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  at  above the asking price confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
