We had 6 new listings of single family homes last week as oppose to 8 the week before   in Menlo Park. 5 houses changed status to pending  last week as oppose to 6 the week before and  4 closed escrow the same as the week before.

The inventory remains low. Most of the new listings are selling within one week.  All listings sold at or above the asking price.
