WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had 13 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 16 the week before in Menlo Park. 3 houses changed status to pending the same as the week before and 4 closed escrow as oppose to 6  the week before.

The inventory remains low. Most of the new listings are selling within one week.  Three listings sold above the asking price.
