WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had only 5 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 9 the week before. 10 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 5 the week before and 12 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 6 the week before.

The inventory is very low and we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  at or above the asking price  but two confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
