WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had 5 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 6 the week before in Menlo Park. 7 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 6 the week before and 5 closed escrow as oppose to 9 the week before.

The inventory is  low with only 28 active listings in Menlo park. Most of the new listings are selling within one week. One house had price reduction before it sold. All listings  that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price but one confirming a continuing strong market for the year.
