WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK”

We had 6 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 8 the week before in Menlo Park. 6 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 10 the week before and 9 closed escrow as oppose to 13 the week before.

The inventory is  better. Most of the new listings are selling within one week. Two houses had price reduction before they sold. All listings  that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price but four confirming a continuing strong market for the year.

 The market remains a strong seller market
