WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had  only two new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week  in Atherton the same as the week before. Three listings changed status to pending as oppose to one the week before and no listing closed escrow last week as oppose to 2 the week before.
