WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO”

We had 19 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto this week as oppose to 2 last week.   3 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 11 the week before and 5 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 11 the week before.

The inventory is slightly better but we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $2 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  at or above the asking price  confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
