WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

The  listing inventory is getting slowly better in Palo alto, 16 new listings of single family homes were listed this week in Palo Alto as oppose to17 listings the week before ;  the total active listings of single family homes on the MLS  is now 51 as oppose to 41 the week before. 


The market remains a seller market.  16 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 21 listings last week and 9 closed escrow the same number as the previous week.

Please note that all  listings sold significantly above asking price but one listing.
