WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND CLOSED LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

The  listing inventory is getting slowly better in Palo alto, 26 new listings of single family homes were listed this week in Palo Alto as oppose to16 listings the week before ;  the total active listings of single family homes on the MLS  is now 65 as oppose to 51 the week before. 


The market remains a seller market.  10 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 16 listings last week and 11 closed escrow this week as oppose to 9 listings the previous week.

Please note that all  listings sold significantly above asking price but one listing.
