WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING LISTINGS AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO


The listing inventory in Palo Alto continues to be at a historic low; the market remains a seller market 


Buyers are facing multiple offers on  prime listings that are price below the fair market value. As you can see below, 9 listings sold above the asking out of 12 listings .


12 new listings of single family homes were listed on the MLS last week as oppose to 8 the week before. 7 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 14 the week before and 10 listings closed escrow as oppose to 8 listings the previous week.
